Traditional Chocolate Log 21cm

This is our classic log recipe!  Whipped chocolate ganache and soft chocolate genoise sponge are layered and rolled into a mouth-watering roulade cake.
Wheat free recipe.  (please note this cake in made in an environment where flour is present)
 
Keep in the fridge for 4 days - serves 7
